SHIPPING METHODS/TRANSIT TIMES:

UPS STANDARD GROUND: 1-2 business days processing plus 3-5 business days in transit
UPS EXPEDITED: Same day (business day) processing plus 1-3 business days in transit

Orders received after 2PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day.

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the following business day.

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS:

Ground: FREE
Expedited: $25 (Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.)

We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico cannot be sent via UPS Ground shipping. Please select UPS Expedited and a $30 shipping fee will be added upon checkout.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

If you refuse delivery of any package from NSF Clothing, our default carrier, UPS, will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to NSF office. If you paid for expedited shipping, this will not be included in your refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from NSF are eligible for a return if shipped back 15 days. Please note that the time period begins when the order is fulfilled, not when the order is placed or when the shopper receives the order. If received within 30 days from the date you received your order, its eligible for online store credit, less return shipping. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer. Return Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. Upon receipt of returned goods, nsfclothing.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

MODIFIED POLICY

If you return more than $7500 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. If you choose to use the pre-paid return label please take note that a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Drop off the package at a UPS store closest to you, or schedule a pick-up at the UPS website.
  4. Allow 7-10 days from the day NSF Clothing receives back the package for us to complete your refund or online store credit.
  5. If you decide to send your return back without using the return label that we have provided, please address your return to the following address:
