Eligibility for returns & exchanges
All sale items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for return.
All other sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Using our welcome discount codes and specific one-time use special codes will not mean your purchase is non-returnable. Welcome codes are given in an email or text message when you first sign up for our newsletter, and the one-time use special codes are given whenever the situation warrants it, such as if our team feels that you are worthy of being compensated for errors made on our end.
Feel free to reach out to Customer Service (email@example.com) if you are having trouble with returning your order if all you used is a welcome or a special code!
All items purchased on FINAL SALE will not be eligible for returns/exchanges or site credit. No exceptions. NSF does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
- Items purchased from NSF are eligible for a return if return is started within 14 days from the purchase date. $7 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges do not need to pay handling fee.
- All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
- All SALE items at 50% off or less cannot be returned for refund. Exchanges and store credit only. There will be a $7 handling fee.
- Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.
- Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, NSFClothing.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
If you return more than $7,500 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
How to send back your return or exchange
- Pack your item(s) and start your return at Loop and indicate the reason for return. Please note that a $7 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges do not need to pay handling fee.
- Drop off the package at a UPS store closest to you, or schedule a pick-up at the UPS website.
- Allow 7-10 days from the day NSF Clothing receives back the package for us to complete your refund or online store credit.
- If you decide to send your return back without using the return label from Loop, please send your return to the following address. This option will allow you a refund in full.

United states Shipping methods/transit times:
UPS STANDARD GROUND: 1-2 business days processing plus 3-5 business days in transit
UPS EXPEDITED: Same day (business day) processing plus 1-3 business days in transit
Orders received after 2PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day.
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the following business day.
U.S. shipping costs:
Ground: FREE for orders over $250.
Expedited: $25 (Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.) Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico excluded.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico cannot be sent via UPS Ground shipping.
Refusal of delivery:
If you refuse delivery of any package from NSF Clothing, our default carrier, UPS, will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to NSF office. If you paid for expedited shipping, this will not be included in your refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
