This unique dye technique has become a signature part of our collection, especially for our tees and sweats.
The Process — Done Locally in Los Angeles
Every Perlite Dyed garment is treated right here in Los Angeles, where our team carefully handles each piece with intention. The process involves washing the garment with Perlite stones — small, lightweight volcanic stones — which gently break in the fabric. The result is a beautiful, worn-in texture that feels like your favorite lived-in piece from the very first wear.
The Look + The Feel
Perlite Dye doesn’t just soften the fabric — it transforms it. The color takes on a slightly heathered, almost sun-faded effect that gives the garment depth and dimension. The surface feels extra soft, slightly brushed, and incredibly comfortable against the skin. For the latest drop, we’ve introduced three fresh Perlite Dye shades:
- Teal Heather – a cool, mineral-inspired blue-green
